The Night Owl CCD Security Camera uses a Sony 1/3" CCD with 420 TV lines of resolution to deliver clear and bright images of the surveillance area. In low light scenarios the camera will automatically switch on its 24 IR LEDs, providing you with visible images even in complete darkness up to 45' away. With these attributes you can count on this camera to provide you with dependable security monitoring at all times of the day or night.

You'll also appreciate the camera's weather resistant properties as this will allow you to install the camera in an indoor or outdoor location without the need for an auxiliary housing.

For versatile camera installation, this camera comes with a 60' connection cable that carries video and power within the same length of wire. This means you won't have to run two separate video and power cables. Also included with the camera is a BNC to RCA adapter to facilitate easy hookup to a TV or recording device. The camera's integrated 3-axis bracket offers sturdy camera mounting while allowing easy camera angle adjustments so you can quickly and accurately point the camera in the direction you need it to monitor.

The bracket's cable pass-through design means that no part of the cable will remain exposed once the camera is mounted. This will prevent an intruder from cutting the wires and disabling the camera.

In addition, the bracket allows the camera cable to be run directly through it and into the wall thus not leaving the cable exposed. This deters vandals and thieves from simply cutting the exposed wires and rendering the camera useless.

  • The camera has a 1/4" Sony CCD sensor that produces clear and crisp images at 420 TV lines of resolution. This equates to about 40' (12.2m) of facial recognition. This is imperative for law enforcement to be able to prosecute perpetrators.
